Printing Bookmarks

Hi All.

Is it possible to print a document showing bookmarks that have been inserted
into it.

I can see the bookmark brackets on screen, but when the document is printed
they do not show up.

Is there a setting to be able to show them?

Thanks for your help.

Your best bet is a scrolling screen capture tool such as Snag It.

You could use the following code in a macro to insert square brackets before
and after a bookmark, but note that it will alter the spacing of the
document:

Dim i As Long
With ActiveDocument
For i = 1 To .Bookmarks.Count
With .Bookmarks(i).Range
.InsertBefore "["
.InsertAfter "]"
End With
Next i
End With
