Printing a solid block

Using Word 2000, how can I print a solid square yellow block? I need to
pre-print a form on a color inkjet printer that has a yellow block such
that when the form is subsequently printed on a laser printer, black
text is printed over the yellow block causing the text to appear to be
highlighted. I tried highlighting hard spaces and hidden text, but the
highlighted spaces do not print, and highlighting of hidden text is also
hidden. I could probably use a graphic to do so, but is there a better
way maybe with a text box or similar?

It is amazing how merely posting a question after struggling with it for
a while causes the answer to automagically appear afterwards. I figured
it out. Thanks.

Have you tried Format | Borders and Shading | Shading: Apply to: Paragraph /
Text?
