Printers not listing in AD

Team,

Shared printers are not being listed in AD. I have checked off that
they be published in the AD. I should be able to add a new network
printer and click find now and search available printers. My company
has over 4,000 printers however only 130 are showing as available.

What are some factors I can rule out to figure out the problem?

Could it be replication errors?
