I have a deskJet 932C I've used on my computer for a very long time, I also
had a lexmark all-in-in on my computer too but, I resently gave the lexmark
to my husband for his computer so, I uninstalled the lexmark apt. from my
computer..hins the problem...Ever since I uninstalled the lexmark, I can't
use my HP printer anymore...I've tried to reinstall the Hp printer but, I
keep getting a message that says " Operation could not be completed, The
print spooler service is not running" What in heck is this?? I have NEVER had
a problem til I uninstalled that Lexmark from my system..Can anyone help??

Hi Brenda
Go to control panel/admin tools/services and scroll down to Print Spooler.
If it is disabled, double click and a new window will open. Select
"automatic" as the startup type and select "start" as the service status.
Click apply and close your way out.
Try your printer again.
Regards Bill
