Printer/Scanner Driver Updates

I brought a printer and scanner a few years ago which i
ran on 98, and since then i have upgraded to XP.
It now appears i need a driver update to run these items.
I have a EPSON Stylus Color 640 printer and a HEWLETT
PACKARD SCANJET 5300C.
I believe that microsoft have the update i require but i
can't find it.
Can anyone help me with directions to driver/s download
or supply the driver/s i need.

This is the UK site for Epson and should be able to find the necessary
drivers needed.
