Printer is printing tech jargon only.

When I want to print a page from the web or whatever, all I get is all the
tech jargon associated with producing the page. Sometimes one page can have
12 or more pages of technical items. Can it be a spooling problem ? I am
pretty sure it is in the XM program as it does the same thing on both of my
printers. Maybe an error in the registry ?

You seem to describe a printer driver problem. Disconnect the printer
and un-install th printer drivers. Then, locate the latest version of
the drivers from the manufacturer and follow the install process.
Please not that several driver install process requires the printer to
only be connected after the drivers are installed, or when the install
process request it.

Why would it affect the drivers on both printers ?
