No matter what I do,I can't eliminate my hp photosmart 7850 from my system:
when I do a "remove",it comes right back. Please help.What all can I do? Do I
need to do another" HP System Recovery"?(Erase everyting from the Hard Disk
Drive,Recover Win XP and all of my applications.)

Is it an 8750 (not 7850)?
If so, this may help:

Uninstall HP 8750
