Hi All
I use windows XP pro and have a compaq ij1200 printer.
When i print some pages , not all the words get printed because the document
is wider then the paper so it just skips those words.
I have printer set to paper size 8.5 x 11.
How can i set printer to print to paper size.
Thanks.

I may be suggesting the obvious or ineffective (I don't
claim to be an IT geek), but have you tried resetting the
margins in Page Setup?

Carl,
I just suggested resetting your margins, then had another
thought. You can try resetting your server properties. Go
to control panel, printers & faxes, file, then server
properties. Scroll down to 'letter' and then reset your
sizes.
Just a thought - don't know if it's a good one...

Hi Beth
Yes i tried the margin thing to no aveil , as well as the server propertys.
Nothing seems to help,I am begining to think the image is just to big to fit
on the paper size (8.5 X 11).
It is an invoice copy i got over the net in e-mail.
I can change it by going to word pad, or such , but i want it in original
version for mail in rebate purposes.
Thanks for trying.
Carl
