Print Spooler terminate with Event ID 7031

Hello there,

I have a Windows 2000 SP3 laptop here that keeps
terminating it's print spooler service and logs event ID
7031. I have just applied the SP4 update as recommended
by Microsoft on their Knowledgebase but i still get
exactly the same problem. Anyone else had this before and
fixed it?
