Print spooler service is not running

I am trying to print with a Lexmark Z32, new hardware is
located; but I receive the following error when trying to
install: "The RPC server is unavailable", when I try to
trouble shoot the printer I get this message: " The rpint
spooler service is not running" Any helps??
