Windows Vista print spooler issue

At the moment, everytime my print spooler starts up, it is immediately shut down by "data execution prevention"

problem is, it cannot be added to exceptions list because spoolersv.exe is a system file

Any help would be appreciated

I have already tried manually restarting the spooler, trying different "dep" settings, reinstalling the device driver for the printer, restarting the computer.

I'm not weird, I'm a limited edition.

Sorry, spoolersv.exe isnt the process name, you may have a trojan/virus invading your system. The process that controls your printer spool is named spoolsv.exe :thumb:

Did you miss-type. :)
