I found it Don - it is Gadwin Print Screen & apparently the version became
obsolete ? Well, whatever, I am now trying to D/L the latest version & am
having problems. After I D/L'ed it, at the end of the Install process
another small window popped & it said I had a better product, therefore it
was being aborted. So I wrote their support staff to see what may be wrong.

You could do a visual search of the Add/Remove Programs list and see if
there is an item that contains the word "Print" or "Screen"; it may ring
some bells.
