Print Screen, Dot Matrix, Windows XP

When I press the "Prnt Scrn" key in a DOS program on a
Windows XP (Home Edition), nothing happens. The printer is
a Lexmark 2390 Plus dot matrix. The Windows print driver
is installed. (Prnt Scrn didn't work when the Windows print
driver was NOT installed either.) The printer is connected
to the parallel port. I am able to print out other reports
through the software but when I press the "Prnt Scrn" key
there is no response. (Alt Prnt Scrn and Shift Prnt Scrn
do not work either.)

This was psoted yesterday....

prtscn in Windows puts the screen on the clip board and
you can paste the image into word for example and print
that page.

Alt-PrtScn will put only the currently active window into
the clip board....play with it and see which you need to
do.
