on a dell dimensions 2200, using windows xp, lexmark x63
printing from word, or notepad, or inernet-based emails
all result in every other line having the top part of the
letters chopped off. Every other line is perfect.
Anybody know what to do? All info from Dell and Lexmark
refer to internet based problems, they don't seem to hear
me.
Thanks newathis

It sounds like you have a problem in your 'line spacing'
settings. you need to check your text formatting - it's
possible that the font size is set larger than the
leading - go to edit, select all, format, paragraph, and
make sure line spacing is set to 1 or even 1.25 - that
will open up the space between lines (leading) of text.
If that fixes the problem you need to reset your default
settings so it uses that setting on every document, or
else just manually reformat before each print job.
