Print freeze

Using HP 1350 all in one and when printing more than once in the Word
Program, the printer stops and the windows word program gives a " not
responding" message. I then have to restart the spooler because I can't
delete the unprinted file from the printer controls. Printer Properties
are: Port: usb001 Description: Virtual printer port for USB Printer:
hp psc 1300 series.
Be pleased to hear any advice.

When printing to the HP1350, do not send more than one printjob at
a time. Wait till the first one finishes before sending a second job.

Thanks for the information Byte.

This freezing happens when I have completed a print job and gone to another
document to print, so the first job has completly finished before I start
the next one.

Any more ideas on this?

Check the print queue to make sure it is empty before printing
the next job. To check the print queue, click printers and faxes
under the Control Panel and double click your printer.
