print envelope

Using Word 2002: Win XP, connected via USB: My old reliable [until now]
printer -HP 842C will not print a complete envelope. It used to, but it just
has gotten cranky. It will print either the addresse info, or the return
address info; but it will not print both at the same time. To get a complete
envelope, I have to print the same envelope twice. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Word from my disk [which I bough at an office supply store -
It's OK] Any suggestions ?

You can try reinstalling the printer driver. And before you do that,
check the HP web site to see if there's an update for it.
