Print Email Attachments that are Image Files

I have a rule created to run a script when an e-mail is received from a
particular sender. The macro (script) saves any attachment sent by
that sender to our server. This macro is in place and works fine.

I want to add code to the macro to print the attachment. The
attachment is normally a multipage PDF or a multipage TIFF. For
simplicity, assume that there is only one attachment per e-mail.
