Previous Versions Feature in Vista

I am unable to use the new Windows Vista feature that lets you return to a
previous version of a document. If I right click on a file, and go into
Properties, I don't get the Previous Versions tag. Is there a way to activate
this feature?

Only Windows Vista Business and Ultimate SKUs have previous versions support
built in.

There are 3rd party applications which allow you to access shadow copies for
example ShadowExplorer http://www.shadowexplorer.com/
