Preview in Browser

I just recently purchased Frontpage 2002 and am working
through the microsoft step-by-step book to learn how to
use it. When I try to preview in browser, it does not
and my computer says program not responding. It has
however worked 1 time where I was actually able to
preview in the browser. Could you please help me figure
out what the problem might be.
