preview goes blank

I have a form with the background is the image file and some textboxes on it.
When I click on the preview button on the menu bar to see the form in the
preview mode, it's blank. Do you know why it's blank and how can I fix the
problem.

By blank do you mean the form is there with no data or their is nothing there.
If the former, then your problem is that the tble or query upon which the
from is based has no data. Open that table or query and see.
