Preprinted forms

Hi,

I have got this preprinted form which I want to fill its fields with Word.
This what I want to do:

1- I want to tell Word to put the specific entries a location (x,y) from
the top right of the page. While the height and width should not exceed from
a determined size in order to make the entry fit in the its position in the
preprinted form.

2- I want to enter the data in form and automatically put them on their
position.

How can I do that?

The simple answer is that you can't. You would need to scan the image as a
background then assemble a collection of places to fill the document,
probably using tables with fixed cell sizes. Set form fields in the table
cells to accept input, then remove the background image. For a one off - a
pen or a typewriter would make a more sensible choice. It is only worth
doing this if there are lots of such forms to fill.

Alternatively you could use the corporate version of Finereader 6, which has
an excellent form filling tool.
