using preprinted letterhead

How do I set up a template in order to use preprinted letterhead where there
could be multiple pages. Therefore, page one would need different top
margins than the rest of the document.

Create a first page header in the template with a paragraph in it formatted
to have the necessary amount of space after it to force the text in the body
of the document down below the area occupied by the letter head
