I am running Windows 2000 Pro.
I was on Earthlink when this message started. I am now on
Cox Cable. I removed all of Earthlink I could find,
including the Registry. What causes this message and how
do I stop it, as it takes a lot of time at bootup.
I am not a server or setup as a host to my wife's computer.
At least, I do not want to be. I see references to IIS as
I looked for Earthlink pieces.
