What is the preferred method of keeping contact notes in Outlook 2003?
There's 3 options as I see it.
1) If you use the "Notes" section, it's not automatically associated with
the contact.
2) There's of course the journal section, but it has its drawbacks.
3) And then there's the form box (with no label) in the contact window, but
this doesn't have date/time stamp.
I'm used to ACT where you could easily enter notes and see them. Is there
something like this in Outlook?
