Pre-dial terminal screen

I access my isp through a dial up connection. When I click send/receive I get
a predial terminal screen & can only proceed by clicking 'Continue'. If the
line is busy my computer tries to redial but again stops at the pre-dial
terminal screen.
How do I get rid if this screen?
It never used to happen & I assume that somehow somewhere I have clicked on
something to activate it, but am unable to find where.
I am running windows XP service pak 2, & outlook 2000 SP-3

Click Start
Settings
Control Panel
Classic View (if not already enabled)
Network Connections
Find and right click on your dialup connection
Select properties
Click Options tab
Untick the following:

Prompt for name...
Prompt for phone...

(You can leave the show progress enabled if you'd like.)

The screen 'Pre-Dial terminal screen" still comes up requiring me to click continue to dial the connection

Colin
You led me in the right direction, however it was under the general tab,
configure modem
unclick show terminal window.
I had looked under modems in the control panel but it does not contain this
option
Thanks

Makes you wonder how that got ticked, eh? And it's good you got it sorted.
