PPTVIEW in Sheduled Tasks windows XP SP2

I am trying to run a Power point presntation on a number machines whenever
computer is idle for 5 minutes. I have created a new task (PPTVIEW new.pps)
and scheduled it to run when the computer is idle for 5 minutes.

The task runs fine when a user is logged on but not when the computer is on
the logon screen - Novell 4.83.1.3 SP2 (I have tried with Novell Client 4.9
SP2 as well).

When no user is logged on the task doesn't run properly. If computer is just
restarted or user has logged off the presentation doesn't show. In log file
it is stated that the task started as expected according to task schedule in
details view of Scheduled Task it appears as the task is still running and I
have to end the task to be able to run it again. When I end task log file
records;

"PPVIEW32.job" (PPTVIEW.EXE)
Started 26/10/2004 1:20:34 PM
"PPVIEW32.job" (PPTVIEW.EXE) 26/10/2004 1:26:38 PM ** WARNING **
The task was terminated. This action was initiated either by an
administrator or by the Task Scheduler service (because, for example, the
computer is now non idle).

I have set for test the other task (shutdown -r -t 60) and it is executed
regardles if somebody is logged on or not.

Same presentation runs fine usin PPVIEW32 (Office 97 vesion of viewer) on
Windows 98 OS regardles if user is logged on or not.

Any suggestions welcome.

I think your question relates more to windows security or user rights, maybe
ask that group..
Sure you can use shutdown but thats a basic windows command..

lost?
