Powertoys - Image Resizer

I'm using the Powertoys Image Resizer offered by Microsoft, recently the tool
doesn't seems to work anymore. usually when I right click on the picture and
select resize, the resized photo will appear in the same folder as that of
the original. Right now, after clicking on resize, nothing happens. I tried
to uninstall and reinstall the application but nothing works. Would
appreciate if someone can help. Thanx =)

Click Start, Run and type:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 phototoys.dll

Broken file association settings, usually the PerceivedType string value.
