PowerRegSchedulerV2.exe

I have "PowerRegSchedulerV2.exe" in my WinXP Pro Startup folder. I have
looked in Google and found nothing about it. I have removed it temporarily
to another folder. My system seems to run ok without it in startup.
Can anyone enlighten me as what the file does or what program it is related
to? I do not think it is Spyware as I come up clean when I run SpyBot S&D
and AdAware.

Thank you for any response,
Ken A.

Synopsis: " PowerReg Scheduler is placed in the Startup
folder, it gathers information about the user from contents on the
hardrive(s) and sends that info back to another computer over the
net all without the knowledge or permission of the user. "

It was most likely installed by with a legitmate program. Disable it
via Msconfig in addition to removing the Startup shortcut for it.
