Can anyone help answer this question please?

I have distributed a CD which was prepared using the PowerPoint Viewer
feature in PP2003. I think a user who has Windows NT as an operating
system is having problems with video clips not playing because
according to Microsoft's website the following is required when using
PowerPoint viewer 2003:

System Requirements
Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 3; Windows 98
Second Edition; Windows ME; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP

This download works with presentations created in the following Office
programs:

Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003
Microsoft PowerPoint 2002
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000
Microsoft PowerPoint 97

Can I assume that if someone has Windows NT as an operating system
that PowerPoint files which have been distributed via PowerPoint
viewer on a CD will not behave properly - i.e. video will not play?

thanks

Jeff

The PowerPoint 2003 Viewer isn't supported on Windows NT. I'm surprised that it
runs at all.

Well - user can see the sldies - just video will not play ... would
have to be the marketing manager that has NT on her machine!!
