powerpoint type syze

I am having a problem with my powerpoint slides. I put in text that I am
typing at size 24 font and when i reopen the presentation after saving, the
text is in size 30 font (falling off the bottom of the page). I resize it,
save the document again and when I open it back up, I have the same problem.
Is there something that I should be doing? I'm very frustrated.
