Powerpoint templates on office online templates could not be found

I have Powerpoint 2003 version and was looking to download a template.
when I went to download some, the answer was that the template could not be
found. When I clicked on the category again, it said that there were no
templates for my region (although they had been there before). My region is
the UK.
Is this a problem on the web page, or is there a bug in Ppt 2003. Has anyone
else experienced this?

I tried this with a clock template, it took a moment to download, then the
template opened in PowerPoint.

Please try again, the Microsoft website might have been not accessible for a
moment. Or maybe there was a problem with your internet connection.

Which category were you looking at? If you don't find anything when you
re-try, click on Office Worldwide and change to USA region, as Office is an
American product, you'll find some more templates (and ClipArts) there.

I don't think it is a bug in PowerPoint, but please make sure, that Service
Pack 1 for Office 2003 is installed.
