Powerpoint Template Carnegie Coach

I'm taking Business Applications on Microcomputers in college and am
using Powerpoint 2003. The assignment says to use the AutoContent
Wizard and choose the Carnegie Coach tab. I have all of them except
Carnegie Coach. It calls it a "feature" and a "template". I searched
Microsoft for Powerpoint templates and find plenty but no Carnegie
Coach. Does anybody know where I can download this feature/template
for the AutoContent Wizard?

Thanks! I posted the question in the college forum and asked my
teacher what I'm supposed to do now but it will be next week before I
get an answer. I thought I might be able to download it into 2003 if
I could find it but that might not be the case. She might find a
substitution for it.

I am certain that Carnegie coach is no longer available in PowerPoint 2003.
It was last seen in PowerPoint 2002.
