PowerPoint is crashing & asking for Microsoft agent 2.0 or later

I have a Dell, Intel (R) Pentium (R) 4CPU 2.00 GHz 1.99 GHz 512 MB of RAM,
running Microsoft Windows XP home edition version 2002 service pack 2 that I
just loaded Microsoft Office xp professional on. In trying to use the
PowerPoint. I am able to make the slides and even run them once as a slide
show but after it runs once I get a blank screen that comes up with a bubble
that says the office assistant requires Microsoft agent 2.0 or later. I am
looking to find this download or what to do to fix this problem.
