Powerpoint change

I have courses in powerpoint that come up on the screen in view mode. I want
to change them into text. Well, I mean that when you first start a powerpoint
presentation yoyu have the slides sheets on the left that you see when you
are typing in the presentation. I need to change a presentation to that
format. How can I do this if the presentation is on view mode?

I believe the extension is in .pps? If so, change the extension into .ppt.
Alternately, open PowerPoint. Then, click File > Open. Select the .pps file,
click OK. You can edit the presentation from there. After editing, you can
choose to save it as a presentation (.ppt) or PowerPoint Show (.pps) again
under Save As Type.
Is that what you want?
