PowerPoint 2003 - text wrapping

Hi, I seem to be having problems with text wrapping. I have a slide with
bullet point text - the text wraps back under the bullet point instead of
aligning itelf under the start of the bulletted text ... if you know what I
mean. I find this frustrating as I then have to manually fiddle with it to
get it properly aligned ... there must be a better way! Many thanks. Trish

You need to adjust the grey pointers on the ruler in the master. If you want
this to be "permanent" let us know which version of Powerpoint as it differs
slightly with 2002/3 > 2007

Thanks John - yes I would like it to be permanent. It is 2003, as in the

Try setting up the master slide as you need and then save as > save as type
Powerpoint template *.pot name the file blank and save in the default
position that powerpoint will offer.
