Power tab on USB properties in Device Manager

Somewhere along the lines, the Power tab on the USB root hub devices
properties in the Device Manager has disappeared. Is there a mechanism
to restore this tab?
Thanks,
Ed.

Maybe this:

Line 338. Restore USB Service

Although I didn't see anything relating to it here, you might look anyway.

Scroll down to the USB section.

Thanks for the response, however I had already seen this response in
other forums and sites. None of these solve the topic. The only topic
I found that addresses this specifically is in "Experts Exchange", but
I do not care for their approach to reporting solutions (seems slimy).
I suspect that if they have a solution, then others would also know of
the solution. I hope someone else can respond with an actual solution.
Thanks,
Ed.

Here's a shot-in-the-dark.. click Start, Run, type:

SFC /SCANNOW

Click OK. (Please notice the space before the slash.) If any files are
damaged or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards.
