Power Point vs PDF

What are some benefits and drawbacks to creating a power point presentation
or a PDF Pres? What would be the different situations where I might use each?

PDF is more likely to work exactly as you designed it on all machines.
PowerPoint gives you many more options for animation and other interactive
elements.
