power managment Windows XP

Hi, I got Toshiba laptop and I after installing service pack 2, I can't use
Toshiba power managment but Windows XP. If I wanna use Toshiba power maagment
it allways ask for close Windows power managment.Do you know how to close
Windows power managment? Thanks

You may need to download a newer version of power management from the
manufacturer's Web.Just make sure,that the utility is compatible with
Windows XP.
