pop3 server and smtp what to write in set up to use outlook

I feel really dumb but I do not know what top type where it asks for POP3
server name and SMTP. Can anyone please help me?

You'll have to contact your ISP for that info or it may be posted on your
ISP's website.

The only one who can help is your ISP (or whoever provides your E-mail
service). Each ISP has different server names. Call them, or check
their web site.
