POP3? SMTP? Need 101 HELP

Hey there !!!

I am trying to set up my email account on outlook, for my very small home
business. I am completely dumb when it comes to computers. I am wondering
what is POP3 and SMTP? And where do I find the corrent thing to put in those
boxes when I am setting up my email? What would be the easiest step by step
way of getting this working?

Go to your ISP's web site and look there. Most ISPs will post directions for connecting most of the major mail clients. If they do not have Outlook listed (no version listed from you either) then use the Outlook Express settings - they are the same.
