Pop UPs and Files.

I have an application that resides on a CDROM. It uses HTML files. How can I
configure the Pop uP Blocker settings to allow files(Localhost does NOT work
to allow the index.html file I am trying to load).

If I turn the Pop Up blocker ON IE (6.0 ) tries to load and crashes. WHen I
turn it off, the html file loads fine.

Seems that only URL's are valid for the pop up blocker settings. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks!
