This message now pops up: which user account do you want
to use to run this program?

I only have 1 user account, and one guest account that is
not activated. I use XP Home. This just started
happening today, and I have no idea why, or how to get
rid of it. Any suggestions?
Thanks

What are you using to launch the program? Is it a
shortcut on your desktop or in Start > All Programs?

Whatever you click on to launch the program, right click
on it and select Properties.
Click on the Advanced button.
Uncheck the box next to "Run with different credentials".

Hi,

I had this problem too, drove me round the bend! Eventually found a fi
at:

The problem came from TuneUp 2004 I think, as it happened around th
time that I was testing out this software as a demo. Needless to say,
didn't buy it!
