pop-alert can be drag

did you know when a Microsoft antispyware pop-alert show
up on the lower right corner you can actually left click
and hold the title bar then you can drag it around
anyware on your desktop.

is it possible that microsoft is creating a new pop-alert
where you can put pop-alert location anyware on your
desktop? or if your using multiple monitor you can put
pop-alert on the other monitor screen?
