Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to take of the control panel
list, the Network and Dial-up options because i don't want the employee
changes things in it. I'm new with policies or registry so please help.

Thanks a lot!

they have a good amount of registry hacks here:
http://windows.about.com/od/registry/

one including:

Delete My Computer
Remove My Computer from the desktop with this Registry change.

and this
link:http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6121-0.html?forumID=45&threadID=38594&messageID=452778

has this:
Disable Control Panel (Windows 2000/Me/XP)

The registry edits in the links below should help with "most" right
click abilities:

Disable the Ability to Right Click on the Desktop

Remove the Ability to Right Click on the Start Button

Hope that helps :)
