plug and play

since downloading sp2 i have still had no joy having the usb port recognise
anything. I use an olympus digital camera. Can anyone assist please I have
tried all the obvious splutions.

First delete the driver for the item. Then, install the driver. Do not plug
the item in (such as camera, scanner etc.) till prompted to do so. If not
prompted, power off after installing driver, plug in device and then power on.
