Please...I really need ur help

I cant get into my account.
I was away last week bcoz I was addmintted in the hospital
almost a week and I didnt realise I would have time to log
on the internet. After that I went outside of my hometown
and there was no internet cafe.I didnt bring my laptop
also.I just came back home today and I found ou that some
prolem happenning ...I couldnt log on to my email.I reckon
it maybe bcos someone hacked and change my password or I
was canceled the hotmail account...........
I have lots of important people on my contact list and i
dont wanna loose it...
please halp me to rescue my email account back

Try doing a system restore to the date that u could
access your Email if somebody as change your password i.e
hacked in it will reset it back to what it was.also check
that your fire wall is set it will stop the hacking.if u
get back in to your email change your password good
