i have a sister in law she is having a problem with her computer she put spyware killer on her computer and it knocked out her internet now her every time she start her computer it tells her that winsskock has been deleded i was hoping that someone or reply she has model hp 533w windows xp thank you

Most of the spyware "killer" programs keep all the files

they delete in a backup folder for just this type of
problem,look in the options tab or backup to restore.
What is the name of the program?
