I'm having a terrible problem, I don't know how this happened. My search is
not working, when I click Start - Search, the hourglass appears, but nothing
happens. When I click Start - Windows Update shortcut, the same hourglass
appears and nothing happens, and finally when I click Start - Turn off
computer, again hour glass appears and for a long time this time, and I must
press ctrl+alt+del in order to reboot or shutdown. Something's bugged. I
tried everything: sfc, registry cleaners, spyware, adware, virus scanners,
and the system is clean. NO viruses or stuff like that. I don't know whats
causing this. To make it worse, I had
