whenever i try to login to xp pro using my account it tells me that my user
account has been disabled!! i am the only one who uses this comp (home
comp). i cant do anytrhing with my comp now. Its been so long since i set
it up i dont remember the admin password. someone please help. how can i
get back on my comp to able my account

It's likely your computer has been hijacked.. when you mange to
logon take these simple precautions to prevent future hijacking.
1) Run scans with an updated anti-virus
2) Install antispyware programs, update and run them in safe Mode
3) Update your system
4) Have at least two administrative accounts to insure access
5) Install a third party Firewall
6) Create a Recovery Disk
7) Restore a password to the administrator account in Start\Run\
control userpasswords2 [select admin\click on Restore Password].
