need to override myself...

Hi all, I really hope some1 can help me with this. I'm the
admin. on my home comp. My little sister messed with it for
a few hours and took me a few steps back in my password
login screen. Actually, she put me back 2-3 usernames and
passwords I had on my login account.I change the username
and password often.
The problem is that I can't figure out how to login to my
account to get to my writings and music.It's an old
username with a password i forgot months ago.
How can I override the password screen to get to my admin
screen to disable the password requirment? I'm the only
admin on the comp and I am going to try to create a new
admin asccount at home tonight to see if that'll work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I haven't
been in my comp for a week now and it's driving my nuts.

Trinity,

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice quickly.
This brings up the "classic" logon screen - you can then logon using the
Administrator account.
(This is for Windows XP Professional - for Home Edition you need to boot to
safe mode)

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

otherwise im screwed....we cant even set up out
internet...it sux!

professional.
